I am currently working on a cycles model which gives us more information about equity risk exposure based on market valuation cycles. Not to be used as trade timing signals - more in regards to portfolio management to risk-on / risk-off strategies for position balancing. Will be very helpful for us derive times when we should invest in “offensive” mode in equity and when to switch to defensive mode. Assets to trade can be decided based on personal preferences. Would expect the results to show up here end April! Stay tuned.
